These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Ridgeway Travels ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you"). By requesting our services or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and issued a formal confirmation invoice. Until this point, prices and availability are subject to change by the third-party providers.
If you wish to cancel or amend your travel arrangements, you must notify us in writing. Please be aware of the following:
Service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Lines) have their own cancellation policies, which we are obliged to enforce. In addition to provider fees, Ridgeway Travels reserves the right to charge an administration fee for significant amendments to a confirmed itinerary.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are in order before departure. This includes:
We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of baggage.
As an agent, Ridgeway Travels is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the service providers. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in the event of a dispute or service failure during your travels.
Ridgeway Travels is a trading name of Kerry Kosh, an Independent Travel Expert. All bookings are made through Janine Loves Travel, members of ABTA (No. L3832) holding ATOL license (No. 6053).
All flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please see www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate for more information.
